Service Points

The Faculty Administrative Office is, among other things, the point of contact for notice authorisations, procurements and the coordination of personnel matters. In case of doubt, it is always the first point of contact and can refer students to the appropriate contact person if necessary.
The tasks of the Examinations Office include the administration of examination registrations and deregistrations as well as the registration of grades, the issuing of certificates or diplomas and the checking of admissions or non-admissions to examinations or final theses.
The Registrar's Office manages and processes the application process for FH Aachen's degree programmes, including the issuing of admissions and registration. It also manages registered students and organises the re-registration process and leaves of absence.

Subject-Specific Academic Counselling is happy to help with specific questions about our degree programmes .

If problems arise during your studies, with teaching staff or of a private nature, the liaison lecturer is available to help.

The task of the Equal Opportunity Officer at the faculty is to promote equal rights for women and men and to provide support in this regard.

The Examination Board is responsible for decisions on examination matters, compliance with Examination Regulations, appeals against the final failure of an examination and the crediting of examination achievements when changing degree programmes.
