Technical Chemistry and Plastics Processing

Sustainable production processes and procedures will determine the future of the chemical industry. In the working group Technical Chemistry and Plastics Processing, teaching and research work is carried out on questions relating to the further development of classic basic operations in thermal and mechanical process engineering. The focus of the work is on the value-added closing of material and material cycles through material or raw material recycling (especially of plastics), the development of the process technology required for this and the further development of the materials and processing techniques used.
