Secretariats
The Faculty Administrative Office for Civil Engineering is the point of contact for, among other things, notice authorisations, procurements and coordination of personnel matters. In case of doubt, it is always the first point of contact and can refer you to the appropriate contact person if necessary.
The tasks of the Examination Office of Faculty 02 include the administration of exam registrations and deregistrations as well as the registration of grades, the issuing of certificates or diplomas and the checking of admissions or non-admissions to exams or final theses.
The Registrar's Office at FH Aachen manages and processes the application process for the FH's degree programmes, including the granting of admissions and registration. It also manages registered students and organises the re-registration process and leaves of absence.

If you have any questions, problems or complaints, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and FH Aachen offer a variety of contact points.
The respective degree programme directors are happy to help with specific questions about our degree programmes.
If problems arise during your studies with lecturers or of a private nature, you can contact the lecturer in charge.
The task of the Equal Opportunity Officer at the faculty is to promote equal rights for women and to provide support in this regard.
The Examination Board is responsible for decisions on examination matters, compliance with Examination Regulations, appeals against the final failure of an examination and the crediting of examination achievements when changing degree programmes.

The rules for plotter files and a detailed description of how to use the system can be found at the top right of the plot service page under the instructions.
You can upload your files at any time, but the output itself is not always updated daily.
