Lehre - Das Praktikum
The practical training in nuclear physics
The practical training "Nuclear Physics" is part of the module "" In the course, students will be able to understand nuclear physics models and perform simple calculations. They apply the typical decay laws and are able to carry out and assess simple radiation measurements.
Students understand the use of nuclear physics methods in basic research and applied nuclear technology.
A first insight into the experiments carried out in the practical training can be gained on the"Media Gallery" page.
Requirements for participation
The requirements for participation can be found in your Examination Regulations. Initial information on the requirements, the registration process and the registration period can be found on the "Registration for practical training" page.
To take part in the practical training, you need to register in the ILIAS course, where you will find further information.
Participation in the first test date is mandatory, as this is where the instruction in accordance with the Radiation Protection Ordinance takes place.
