The FH Aachen is one of the strongest research universities of applied sciences in Germany. The competencies of the scientists in its departments and institutes lie primarily in the research areas of energy, mobility and life sciences, as well as digitization and industrial production.
The FH Aachen has 12 In-Institutes und 5 An-Institutes to support your activities and project ideas. The directors of the institutes are directly available as contact persons for your questions. The In-Institutes of the FH Aachen are facilities of faculties and central institutions, which are active in the field of research and development, artistic design and/or in the field of teaching and studies. The in-institutes of the FH Aachen are facilities outside the university that fulfill a task that cannot be performed independently by the university.
