Onboarding

The first impression of new employees characterises and influences their basic attitude towards their new workplace. Onboarding refers to the successful introduction and integration of new employees into FH Aachen, their work area and their workplace. Successful onboarding goes beyond the purely technical induction by also ensuring the organisational and social integration of new employees. The aim is to develop efficient, committed, integrated employees who identify with the university.
