We are pleased to announce that the Library is now part of the university-wide Help Center!
In the first step of the changeover, the first two forms are available in the Help Center as of today:
- Questions to the OPUS team
- Receive support on issues related to publishing, open access & intellectual property laws.
- Report publication for inclusion in OPUS
Listing and/or upload of your publication on the online publication server of the FH Aachen.
In addition, the following email addresses will be managed in the ticket system as of today:

- mahnung.bibliothek[at]fh-aachen.de
Your enquiries, whether you use the forms or contact us by e-mail, will be created as tickets and you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.
In the near future, more forms will be available for you in the Help Center.
