Registration

Early bird registration is possible until July 1, 2023.

Online registration opens February 1, 2023, and closes on August 15, 2023.

Information for students: Together with the registration form, please send a proof of your student status (such as a valid student ID) together with booking ID to ebs-2023fh-aachen.de; otherwise discounted fees cannot be granted. The discounted student´s fee appies also to doctoral (Ph.D.) students.

For all participants, the registration fee includes:

- admission to scientific sessions, poster sessions and industry exhibition

- welcome reception and conference dinner

- coffee breaks and lunches

- conference bag with conference documents & certificate of attendance

The registration and other booked services can only be confirmed after receipt of payment of the conference fee or, alternatively, after providing valid credit-card details.

Payment is possible online by credit card or bank transfer. All payments for the conference are made in Euro. Registration on site will only be possible via credit card.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation before July 31, 2023 will be subject to a 10% withholding of the paid fee. After July 31, 2023 cancellation results in complete withholding of the amount paid. Notice of cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to the symposium contact e-mail, indicating the full name and bank details for reimbursement.

The organizing committee does not accept liability for the correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content. We will not assume responsibility for any damage or injury to persons or property during the conference.

Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be made at the event, and you consent to their later use by attending the event.
