Excursion

Excursions are courses and lectures outside of the university, which

• must be taken by students in accordance with the provisions of the Examination Regulations, or
• are a necessary component of a course in a particular subject with a view to imparting knowledge, or
• are carried out as an urgently desired extension and consolidation of a course in the interest of the students' education; this also includes orientation units for freshers.
