About Us
Student Management takes care of all matters relating to the application process and study organisation for applicants, students and alumni. If you have any questions about applications or study formalities, the Student Management team will be happy to help you. The Student Services team is the first point of contact for your enquiries. The Registrar's Office team is responsible for the administration and coordination of all student matters. The Campus Management System Administration team manages the campus applications for study programmes.

Specialised administration of the campus management system
The Campus Management System Administration team is responsible for the technical support of the FH Aachen Portal, which is used to manage all matters relating to study programmes.
Student Service
The Studet Service is the first point of contact for students and prospective students and will answer all questions about studying and starting your studies.
In the case of more specific concerns and the need for further advice, the staff will refer you to the Registrar's Office and the faculties.
Answers and solutions to many questions are already available in the FAQ. Maybe your question is already included?
The Student Service also issues certifications of your original FH Aachen documents.
You can reach the Student Services by email, phone or in person on the 1st floor at Bayernallee 11 in Aachen and in room 00 A63 at Heinrich-Mußmann-Str. 1 in Jülich.
Registrar's Office
The Registrar's Offices at the Aachen and Jülich campuses deal with the concerns of prospective students, students and alumni with questions about studying at FH Aachen.
The main task of the Registrar's Offices is the administrative coordination of all student matters.
This includes, among other things, the supervision of admission and registration procedures, the processing of applications to change universities and degree programmes as well as the administration of re-registrations and deregistrations.
