The Health App
The WorkLifePortal, or WLP for short, is a health app that BGM makes available to employees free of charge in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse health insurance fund. By registering for the WLP, you have access to over 3,000 video, audio and coaching units to help you stay healthy. At the same time, you get access to relevant health information and the opportunity to activate challenges among yourself. You can also use these for spontaneous and long-term contacts or group activities, among other things. There will continue to be the previous presence and online offers of BGM on site and digitally at the FH Aachen. These can be easily integrated into the WLP from an organizational point of view.

Individual Programmes and Measures
The offerings in the app include short "5-minute programmes" such as mobilisation exercises for acute tension as well as extensive workout sessions with several units. This ensures that everyone can find themselves in the WLP's offerings.
When you create a personal profile, the app suggests customized programmes and health measures. However, you can take full advantage of all the offers even without creating a specific profile. Of course, you can use the app regardless of time and location, so you have access to the topics relevant to you at any time!
At the same time, the WLP creates a stronger connection between you and BGM. With the help of the WLP, all measures, whether digital or face-to-face, can be better organized, visibility of measures can be increased, and the registration process can be streamlined. With just one click, you can view the measures in the event calendar and register directly. In addition, you are invited to actively participate in the design of the in-house health activities.

3. After that, log in with the WLP ID and set a six-digit code for the app.
4. The app can now be set up. Please use the first and last name for the enclosure of the profile. We need this for offers, which are connected with a registration. All data entered remains exclusively with you and is used to customise the app.
5. Now you can start "rediscovering health".
