As part of the Facility Management Division, Technical Building Management (TGM) operates the technical building enclosures at all FH locations and ensures that they remain functional.
The basis for the fulfilment of these tasks is the operation of a comprehensive building management system in addition to the qualified deployment of employees.
- Operation and monitoring of the building management system (BMS)
- Planning of extensions to the BMS
- Adaptation of the building parameters to the operation
- Acceptance of new and conversion measures in the BMS area
- Maintenance and repair of technical enclosures
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of in-house and external services
- Coordination of maintenance and repair work in consultation with the organisational units
- Co-operation and coordination with the caretakers in the departments
