Division IV - Facility Management
Modern and forward-looking - we create optimal conditions for teaching and research! From offices and lecture halls to biological and chemical laboratories and large-scale pilot plant facilities. At the Aachen and Jülich sites, we offer an excellent teaching and learning environment on approx. 70,000 square metres.
The Facility Management Division manages this space with a rental and management budget of around 20 million euros and is tasked with creating optimal structural and technical building conditions for teaching and research and ensuring smooth building operation. The focus here is on a holistic view of the university properties.
Subdivided into the four subject areas of technical, commercial and infrastructural building management as well as resource and security management, the various services relating to FH Aachen's facilities are provided.
