FLINTA* is an acronym made up of the first letters of the words women, lesbians, inter*persons, non-binary*persons, trans*personsand agender*persons.
FLINTA* summarises the identity groups that are not endo-cis men, where the asterisk "*" means all identity groups not mentioned in FLINTA (e.g. queergender).
