Further training and personnel development

We support employees in their further training. This includes professional, personal and social skills that are necessary for current and future tasks. On the one hand, we offer seminars organised by us on various topics. On the other hand, we support you in participating in external further training events.

The human resources development team offers other tools in addition to further training. Examples of these tools are the annual appraisal or job shadowing in the HAWtech network.
