Even today, chemistry is omnipresent with its diverse specialisms such as environmental analysis, plastics technology, food analysis, environmental technology and nuclear chemistry. In addition to the fundamentals of chemistry, the Applied Chemistry degree programme also teaches subjects that enable the application of research to everyday life. The chemical industry continues to be an important branch of industry in Germany and around the world. Graduates of the Bachelor's degree programme "Applied Chemistry" are sought after, they are studying towards professional security.
