1. employment contract

In addition to the higher education entrance qualification, an employment contract with a company cooperating with FH Aachen is necessary. If you are already employed by a company or if you would like to apply at a company that does not yet cooperate with FH Aachen, it is possible to conclude a cooperation contract.

Your activities must deal with business and legal functional areas, such as drafting contracts, legal advice, taxes, accounting and finance.

2. application for a place at university

In the second step, you have to formally apply for a study place at university in Business Law Praxis Plus via the application portal of FH Aachen.

a) Higher education entrance qualification (HZB) in one of these forms:

• A certificate of general university entrance qualification (Abitur) entitles the holder to study the dual study programme.
• The subject-linked university entrance qualification entitles the holder to study the degree programmes shown on the certificate.
• Vocational training and work experience (university entrance qualification without Abitur): Under certain conditions, you can also take up studies without a university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife or Abitur).
• Foreign university entrance qualification.
• With the entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences, you can study anything at our university of applied sciences.
  
  But please take into account:
  Depending on the type of certificate, in addition to the "school-based part", a six-month or full-year "practical part" is also compulsory for admission to the university of applied sciences

  Some certificates outside the state of NRW may have to be recognised by a district government.

b) Employment contract

In addition to the university entrance qualification, an employment contract with a company cooperating with FH Aachen is required. If you are already employed by a company or if you would like to apply at a company that does not yet cooperate with the FH Aachen, it is possible to conclude a cooperation contract.
