Information on examinations
How and where can I register for an examination?
Registration for examinations is done online via the QIS portal.
The QIS server opens up the possibility for you to create grade transcripts and to register for examinations, provided that your faculty makes this service available.
Recently, a change of address function has also been made available to you.
Applicants can view and track the status of their application here.
Applicants only need their application number and, as a password, their date of birth in the form DD.MM.YYYY (please include the .).
For students - registration and account:
To use the QIS service you only need your email account of the FH Aachen.
How do I deregister from a registered examination?
If you wish to withdraw from a written examination you have registered for, you can also do so via the QIS system up to one week before the date of the examination at the latest without giving reasons.
After this date, you can only deregister using the form for proof of incapacity to take examinations due to illness (medical certificate). You can find this form in the download area:

Select Proof of incapacity for examination due to illness (medical certificate). Other medical certificates will not be accepted.
Please drop the original of this certificate of incapacity for examinations in the letterbox provided at the door or send it to us by e-mail.
(The certificates do not have to be handed in personally at the office).
