In order to better meet the changing requirements and conditions of today's professional world, FH Aachen has introduced in-house health management.
Maintaining and promoting health is a cross-sectional task that is supported by various players at university.
In this context, both perspectives are to be considered - health and productivity of employees on the one hand, strategy, structures and processes as well as corporate culture on the other hand.
Tasks
- Develop a framework concept and implement it in operational practice
- Ensure information, communication, project management and support for change processes at the university
- Marketing, public relations and networking with regional and supraregional health management organisations
- Manage the FH health portal
- Set up biannual health programmes and implement the measures
- Design and implement health days, action programmes, campaigns and events
- Provide information, training and initial counselling on the topics of addiction and prevention
- Organising blood donation campaigns
- Offer personal, team-related and organisation-specific advice on various health topics
- Organising FH Aachen's participation in the Aachen company run and other sporting events
