Data warehouse, reporting

We manage the data warehouse / BI server for reporting and ad hoc analyses as well as the MACH ERP system.

The further development and operation of the central reporting system for all organisational units forms an important basis for the performance of university planning and management tasks.

Strategically relevant data from different systems is collated in the data warehouse. To ensure data quality, we define the data flows from the various systems and programme the corresponding interfaces. To do this, we continuously adapt the underlying data model.

We set up access for the data warehouse, maintain the authorisations for users and are available as a contact in the event of problems. In order to meet data protection requirements, we also continuously adapt the developed authorisation concept to developments.
