Negotiating performance bonuses after W pay for female professors | 22.08.2023 from 09.30-12.00 | Seats 25 | Online workshop with Dr. Vanessa Adam, German University Association | Target group: female professors

The current Gender Report 2022 shows the gender pay gap that still exists at universities in NRW. On the basis of keynote speeches, the participants will receive well-founded basic knowledge on existing negotiation leeway and the possible performance bonuses in civil service law. In subsequent question and discussion sessions, participants will have the opportunity to delve deeper into topics such as leeway in receiving performance bonuses, special performance bonuses, functional bonuses and pension eligibility.

Consultant Dr. Vanessa Adam is a legal advisor for labour and higher education law in the German University Association and an expert on civil service law and equal pay at universities.
