Reinstatement to the Register
You want to resume and continue your studies in your previous degree programme at FH Aachen after an interruption?
This is possible if ...
- this degree programme still exists and
- you have not definitively failed an examination in the same degree programme either at FH Aachen or at another university.
Important to know:
A place at university is not guaranteed if there is an admission restriction in the degree programme.
Procedure
- To re-enrol, please complete the application for re-enrolment and get it approved by the Examination Board of the respective faculty on the 2nd page.
- Then submit the approved application to the Registrar's Office in Aachen or Jülich by the deadline.
- You will receive a letter from there stating which documents you still have to submit for registration.
Usually, the following documents are required for re-enrolment:
- Curriculum vitae
- Current digital insurance notification from the statutory health insurance company
- Exmatriculation certificate and clearance certificate from another university if you have studied at another university in the meantime
- Proof of payment for the semester fee
