Here you will find the first contact person for media design and corporate design at FH Aachen. The design/corporate design is part of the Marketing team.
All publications that use the logo of FH Aachen are subject to the approval of the Corporate Design Officer Prof. Dr. Roger Uhle.
Media design
- Print products and digital products
We are happy to support you with the design of publications, brochures, flyers, posters, roll-ups, newsletters, advertisements, event signage, invitations etc. Please feel free to contact us with your requirements. You will receive the finished print file from us. If you need assistance with printing, we will be happy to help you. - Exhibition stands
For your exhibition/trade fair appearance on behalf of the FH Aachen, we will gladly design information material, roll-ups or prints for the stand itself. - Business cards
You need (new) business cards? Feel free to send us all the information from your email signature and we will set and order them for you. - Graphics
Graphics can be useful in your print products as well as in your digital presence to make content more vivid. - Digtialisation of brochures (in cooperation with the online editorial team)
We can create your brochure directly so that it can also be used digitally and does not have to be printed - this includes, for example, linking and colour space adjustments.
Corporate Design
- Advice on questions regarding the corporate design of FH Aachen
Is the logo placed correctly? Am I using the right font? Have the right colours been used? We will gladly answer all these questions for you.
Please send us your product for approval before finalisation so that we can guarantee the correct use of our corporate design.
Support and Production Times
Design of Flyers, Invitations, Posters and Billboards
Production time: 1 week
In addition, time for printing and delivery must be taken into account. The production times must be discussed individually with the selected printer.
Costs: There are no costs for the design. Printing is charged individually by an external printing company.
Services provided by the design team:
Design of the print products and advice on printing the final product. Adaptation to the corporate design of FH Aachen.
Service of the contact person(s) in the faculty or the institution:
Supply of content and, if necessary, image material. Submission of the procurement application to Department III and, if necessary, obtaining offers from external printers. Approval of the designed print products.
Design of Brochures
Production time:
Per 20 pages: 1 week
In addition, time for printing and delivery must be taken into account. The production times must be discussed individually with the selected printer.
Costs: There are no costs for the design. Printing is charged individually by an external printing company.

Design of the print products and advice on printing the final product. Adaptation to the corporate design of the FH Aachen.

Please note the following
Production Steps Printing
In the production of print products, many individual steps are necessary before the final product is finished. Depending on the size and type of product, these include the following steps: Printing front and drying, printing back and drying, surface treatment of the outer pages, sorting the pages, gluing including drying (perfect binding), stapling (staple binding), folding (flyers), cutting, packaging. Printers need time for all these steps, which are reflected in the above specifications.
