Translation Services
Our core task is the translation of the FH Aachen website into British English as well as the maintenance of the website, in coordination with the online editorial team. In addition, we also proofread texts upon request and translate print products such as flyers and brochures from German into English (and vice versa).

Production Time:
The production time of translations depends on the length and type of text (research, creativity) as well as the urgency (e.g. for an event).
Short texts without research (1-2 pages): 1 day
Long texts without research (3-8 pages): 2 days
Short specialist texts (1-2 pages): 2 days
Long specialist texts (3-8 pages): 3 days

Service provided by PÖM:
Translation of texts for print media (e.g. brochures, publications, forms) and online media (website, PDF files, orders) into British English. We also provide translations from English into the German language.
Service provided by the contact person at the faculty or facility:
Provision of the approved and released texts; if necessary, provision of further information on the text in close dialogue with the translator.
