We offer various information opportunities so that you can get to know our degree programme or the Jülich campus - in person or online. In addition to these offers, you are also welcome to contact us directly if you have any questions about the degree programme, campus or FH Aachen in general: The"General Academic Counselling Service" and the"Academic Counselling Service" will be happy to help you!
You can regularly take part in the following events:
- Info sessions for prospective students (ISS) - online, at the beginning of the application phase for our degree programmes
- University Information Day (HIT) - once a year in Aachen
- Open Day at Campus Jülich (TdoT) - every two years at Campus Jülich

For those interested, undecided and curious, we offer online info sessions at regular intervals. You can get to know our degree programme in a personal exchange with lecturers and students. A keynote speech will introduce you to the content and structure of the degree programme. You will then have plenty of time to ask us any questions you may have. We look forward to this mutual exchange and your interest!

Open day
Come and visit us at the "Open Day"! We look forward to your visit to our university! At the Jülich campus of FH Aachen, we regularly organise an "Open Day" (every two years). On this day, you have the opportunity to visit the laboratories and lecture rooms and get an impression of what studying at the university is like. Many of our teaching staff and students are available to answer your questions!
On 17 June 2023 from 10:00 - 15:00 you will have the opportunity to get to know the campus and its facilities. You can find more information about the open day on the faculties' website.
Trade fair dates
Visit us at a trade fair! Get answers to all your questions! The Biotechnology degree programme is presented alongside the numerous other degree programmes at FH Aachen at various trade fairs. At the stand you will find the staff of the Student Advisory Service and in some cases also staff from the individual faculties/degree programmes, who will be happy to answer your questions.
