Student Mentoring
Do you have questions about the timetable, exam registration, CampusOffice, etc.?
Then, in addition to the Academic Counselling service, the student mentoring team is there to help you. Students from higher semesters will answer your questions and support you in getting started with your studies.
Office hours summer semester 2024 during the lecture period:
Thursday from 11.15 am - 2.15 pm
You can find the student mentoring team during office hours in room E250. You can also reach the team by email at studi-support@wirtschaft.fh-aachen.de.
We will be happy to provide you with further information on Studi-Support.
Student Mentoring for GBE-Students
Are you a GBE student and have questions about the degree programme, e.g. examination regulations, specialisation modules, curriculum, etc.? Then the student mentors for GBE students will be happy to help you.

Portals
CampusOffice
CampusOffice gives you access to the course catalogue of the FH Aachen as well as to the module catalogues of the individual degree programmes. CampusOffice allows you to organise your lectures with the help of a lecture planner. Via this system you can receive e-notifications via email if, for example, lectures are cancelled.
HIS QIS
HIS QIS is the online Examination Office of the FH Aachen. This is where the administration of examination achievements takes place. Among other things, transcripts of records can be created and exams can be registered for and cancelled.
ILIAS eLearning
ILIAS is an open-source learning management system (LMS). This service is used to support teaching at FH Aachen. Among other things, learning materials are provided in online courses. There is also the possibility to create online surveys. The eLearning team will be happy to help you with further questions.
SAM (Study Alumni More)
SAM (Studium Alumni Mehr) is an information system used for the administration of the final thesis. From registration, to editing and submission, to the colloquium, SAM coordinates all the steps required for the final thesis.
