Offers for employees
According to Social Code IX, section 181, the employer must appoint a representative to represent the employer in matters relating to severely disabled persons. This obligation applies regardless of whether a representative body for severely disabled persons has been elected.
The so-called inclusion officer supports and monitors the employer with regard to compliance with its legal obligations. In particular, she pays attention to optimal working conditions for people with disabilities.
If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Inclusion Officer at FH Aachen:

It is important to consider both perspectives - the health and performance of the employees on the one hand, and strategy, structures and processes as well as the corporate culture on the other.
Further information can be found on the pages of the Corporate Health Management.

It is important here that both people with and without physical impairments participate in the game. All players sit in the wheelchair during the game and training and also use it as a means of transport.
